NEON for SCULPTURE
Working with G. Webb (English Artist/Sculptor) and M. St. Pierre (German engineer/designer) we were pleased to be asked to be the neon fabricators for the ‘Hand’ sculpture.
A very large commissioned public work of art which is situated in a courtyard of the new Home Office Building in London.
All electrics had to be fully dimmable due to its close proximity to the working offices and all electrics were on contact bushes due to the 900kg piece being a moving/revolving sculpture. Neon colour burns lime green when turned on and yellow when turned off.
